Not only are they immune to algorithm updates, but they’re undeniably helpful.
Alright, check this out.
I was doing a little dive into Ahrefs this morning before my subscription expires (you know I don’t keep that running!) and found some 🥇gold🥇.
Maybe not total gold, but things that virtually any affiliate can create and rank fairly easily for, especially if they have any iota of backlinks.
Hear me out before I continue: this site is not meant to showcase a cash cow; it is more to showcase the ease of ranking…
Yeah, it’s only getting an estimated 1,500 visitors per month.
But that’s from under ten pages.
And the one page garnering the most attention is a laptop finding quiz. You know damn well they’re making a decent amount of money linking to laptops for ~1k people per month.
Easy money for something they set up in 2021. And have 0 backlinks.
Looking back at the list of keywords for laptop quizzes (and a few tablet words), you can easily swap that noun out for whatever niche you’re in.
- sports ball 🎾🏈🏐🏏🏑🏒🏓🏸🏹🤾🏾♀️
- home goods 💺🛋🥤
- electronics 💻🖨⌨🖱🔦💡🔌
- musical instruments 🎹🎷🎧🎺🎸🎻🎙📻🥁🪕
- software 🤓
- clothing 👞🎩👓👔👖👗👙👜👢🌂🥻
And the list goes on. You don’t have to pay for keyword research; I’ve given you the blueprint.
Plus, it’s not difficult to set one up. Instead of researching and writing 4,000 words, you’re researching and configuring <10 questions for people to answer.
Plus_2, you can include a bit of text on the page. That buyer’s guide section 😉 which can make you feel good with your article-writing ass.
Plus_3, you don’t have to stick to affiliate content. You can create quizzes and in the answer link to affiliates OR to your other affiliate content.
Plus_4, even if you’re a WordPress user like me and don’t know squat about development, there are multiple plugins that can help you create interactive content.
Plus_5, if you’ve already written long-form top-x type content, you have most of the research done already. Now it’s just a matter of converting it to a quiz.
Quizzes are extremely and undeniably underserved — underserved equal opportunity.
If anything, just copy that guys 😂
